Engine Pro collects personal information that are only necessary for the referral of relevant jobs and provision of consultation through exclusive application forms and the Internet. At time of collection, we will clarify the purpose of collection and will use the personal information within the scope agreed by the data subject.

(i) Referring and intermediating jobs, posting classified ads, and other associated consulting work.
(ii) Providing information on seminars and training etc.
(iii) Collecting information, taking statistics and making analysis through questionnaires to collect opinions and requests for the improvement of services.

Engine Pro does not provide and share collected personal information of the members to a third party except for the following cases.
(i) When prior consent has been obtained from the person concerned.
(ii) When contracting work necessary to achieve the primary purpose of collection (As for the contractor, we consign work under strict supervision and instruct them to avoid leakage or reconsignment.)
(iii) When it is necessary to safeguard the life, the body or the assets of the person concerned and when it is difficult to obtain prior consent.

Engine Pro takes all preventive measures for the protection of collected personal information and takes relevant protection measures for both online and off-line. We pay close attention in handling personal information and we grant access to the information to only persons who are authorized in processing the information.

-　If it is discovered that there is false information in the biography, occupational ability, and credentials.
-　If the member conducts any act that disparages reputation or trust etc. of Engine Pro or the referring company, or if the member causes any damage to Engine Pro or the referring company on purpose or accidentally.
-　When Engine Pro judges that job referral to the member is difficult or not relevant.
